Some of the day's speakers

In June we invited a number of guest speakers into College to give a range of talks to students around careers and specific universities.

Career talks were given on the Police Force, the Army, the RAF, midwifery, the Probation Service, Marine Science, the legal industry and apprenticeships.

In addition to this, we also hosted a number of university talks which included representatives from Manchester, Liverpool, Liverpool John Moores, Huddersfield, Manchester Metropolitan, Newcastle, Chester, Liverpool Hope, Lancaster and Salford Universities. 

Feedback from both speakers and students was extremely positive and we look forward to holding the event again next year.
